Established Sidmak USA - Manufacturing of sustained release OTC products.
1982
Implemented Aggressive R&D program for generics.

Received several generic products approvals and began marketing those products.

Sidmak USA also established medisol Laboratories Inc :Generic prescription aerosols

Medirex Inc : for specialty packaging for Long term care market
1992
Acquired - Advanced Remedies Inc : A company to develop and . market Generic ophthalmic products 1993 – Completed a strategic alliance with a soft gelatin capsule manufacturer and Sidmak USA developed prescription soft gelatin products.

$ 15 million private placement was successfully completed
1999
Established Odyssey Pharma, a brand marketing subsidiary of Sidmak USA and acquired few brand name products from MNC’s and quickly accomplished close to $50Milion in brand marketing.

2001
Established a seprate R&D facility and started offering contract development service to US Customer.
2003
Developed and successfully tech transferred three solid oral products to US customer’s facility in USA, and ten liquid oral tech transferred to another US customer.
2003
Started construction of new US FDA compliant facility in Daheradun and complemented 2005.
2004
Sidmak India Developed and received DCGI (Drug Controller General of India ) approvals for about half a dozen new products and began manufacturing these products for leading companies in India.
2007
